Returns & Exchanges – Ruff Draft

At Ruff Draft, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by Ruff Draft.
Limited drops, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Need a different size?

We recommend requesting an exchange instead of a refund so you don’t miss out on limited inventory.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), Ruff Draft will cover return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 additional business days to post the refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved and again when your refund is processed.
